"Where you want to be, seriously"
Congress Park truly is the best of both worlds possessing a quiet neighborhood feel with access to all that cheery creek, Colfax, the new Colorado stretch, Capital Hill and downtown has to offer. We used to live in Lodo so we're used to having Downtown at our fingertips and that is part of what attracted us to the neighborhood with the long-term livability of a quality neighborhood. Every Friday we walk to Cherry Creek for dinner a tour favorite restaurant and then on Saturday we venture off to a place that we haven't tried yet somewhere in Denver which is usually a 5-10 minute drive away. Less than a minute walk from my front porch is a yoga studio, multiple hair salons and some really fun little shops right on 6th. For families there are more parks and than you know what to do with and plenty of schools and childcare centers. I'm partial to the section of the neighborhood south of 8th so if you can be choosy that's the spot.
