"Great Hidden Neighborhood in Grand Rapids"
This is a great neighborhood that very few people know about.
Very nice houses, quiet streets with one entrance.
The shared lake access (2 neighborhood docks) is great for swimming, fishing, paddleboats.
Good mix of professionals, retirees, with some younger families.
A membership to the Meijer Gardens in a must. It is within walking distance, and the summer concert series is great.
Shopping and dining on East Beltline is minutes away, and you can get downtown in 10 minutes.
