"Some good, some not so good"
I saw there was no reviews for Arlington, so I'll start. Near the new stadium, right off 30 and collins, has become THE sports epicenter. We have a bowling museum there, the stadium for football, and the baseball stadium. There is also where all the traffic is. Really nice condos have sprouted up in that area and they have cleaned up a lot; however, there are still some rough areas. South Arlington would be your best bet for families, decent and safer living. Where I'm from, in central arlington, collins and park row and cooper. Decent older homes, some decent areas, but its going down hill. And arlington, north of 30 terrible, ghetto area, bad crime rate don't be drawn in by the super cheap houses or apartments you'll regret it.
