"Just like Tijuana, but without the painted donkeys"
The title says it all. This area is a lot like living in Tijuana, but without the donkeys painted to look like zebras. Old neighbors had their car broken into twice in two months (once a DIAPER BAG was the only thing taken), the new neighbors must have 8 living in their two bedroom. Awesome. Highly unrecommended area for anybody who has lived in the country for more than a year.
