"Langdon Park Area 4/2014"
I been in the neighborhood for about 3.5 years and it is a very nice area with beautiful detached homes, neighbors are very friendly, accessing the metro/metrobus is not an issue. Also have parking in front of the house. Love the green spaces nearby. Homes are average in the $500,000's renovated. Also near the largest dog park in the city. Nice place to live in.

I definitely agree. My husband and I moved to the Langdon Neighborhood in 2013. We were impressed with the homes available, prices and proximity to the metro and downtown. I work downtown and my commute is great. Sometimes I walk to the Rhode Island Avenue metro and other times I drive. We are excited at the new development coming to our neighborhood and that Rhode Island has received the "Great Streets" designation. We need more shops and better grocery options, but overall it is a great place to live and we love our house. Having a yard and off street parking is a real bonus in DC.
