Harrison St
"Short Cobblestoned Street- Mostly Independence Plaza"
The cobblestones are nice - but other than a row of relocated brownstones, it's mostly the middle class Independence Plaza....
Cons
- Short street, not that emblematic of Tribeca
- Not a big nightlife scene

Park Pl
"This is a pretty dull street.."
Park Place still has some of the old school 'Bins' and 'Deals' type stores from the City Hall area past. It doesn't have a Tribeca feel at all, alas. It feels very centered on the Civic Center/Jury Duty Trade....
Cons
- Mostly office workers

"Top street in Tribeca"
North Moore Street is the indispensable Tribeca street. It's where JFK junior lived, it contains the three best bars in Tribeca - the classy Brandy Library, the classic Walker's, and the sublime Smith & Mills. Also the location of the trendiest restaurant in Tribeca, Locanda Verde, and the most celebrity-studded hotel, the Greenwich Hotel.
