Jefferson St
"Nice suburban street but developing more."
Jefferson Street is a nice suburban street but is developing more along with the rest of Oakland. There are still some nice "park" like area's, Oakland is transforming into a nicer neighborhood than what is reputed.
There are some very attractive new buildings that have been built recently. Down around 15th St are some great examples of the old and new Oakland. For the people who enjoy architecture and how it's changing, go check out this neighborhood.
