"Love the Nieghborhood but Watch Out for 85 East End Avenue"
Great pocket neighborhood in Manhattan where you have the quiet and tranquility of a suburb, but are still in the midst of all the action with a quick cab ride away. People are friendly and the park that services this area is great for big and small dogs alike.
Pros
- Wide tree lined avenue which is quite spotless and lined with grand co-op buildings which host families who have lived there for generations.
Cons
- The biggest con of East End Avenue is that it is four blocks away from the nearest subway though it is served by the M79 crosstown bus.
