"Could use some improvement"
My street is very good overall. However, the grass is always greener on the other zip code. The area is ok, though lately with the retail market price for the area, no one family around here can afford it, so the new people either have 2 or more families purchasing a house together or one family buys and then rents rooms out. So far the people have been nice and respectful to others. We do live right across the street from a Junior High (John A. Sutter) and the school, milks it for as much as they can, so after the traffic and horns beeping in the am and pm, we have to put up with the soccer teams that rent the grounds after school hours and the weekend. Most are Hispanic teams that aren't told the rules and they start coming at 6:00 am talking out loud, parking in front of the houses making all kind of noiuses not thinking that just because they are awake, the rest of the world is, until some one tells them where they are supposed to park and again every one starts their engines to go... You have been awaken already, too late to go back to sleep.
Basically, This is the WORST thing happening in the neighborhood.
