"Horrible Neighboors"
There is a half-way house across the street, and a ghetto day care right across the street as well. Next door you have your average get drunk beer gut white man who loves to be loud and leave his dog out to harass others. Do not live on this street !!! Horrible neighboorhood and not safe! Why values are high there is beyond me! But theres a foreclosure next door for $375,000... A sign of things to come???

"Great Street"
A great street, no neighboors in front or behind, views of the wineries, no dead lawns or foreclosures, most homes have pools, and neighboors are excellent!
