"A Friendly Blend of Families, Couples and Singles"
Homes from 40s and 50s all very well maintained, many with regular renovations and great curb appeal. Standard lots, a few with extra width.
Everyone has a good job ranging from the private to public sector, or has retired from one. Kids often grow and look to return to the area. Good schools, great recreation.
A couple of idiosyncratic neighbors, but they'll eventually move on. Nobody is mean-spirited or too self absorbed.
The kind of block that barbecues together for the 4th of July and collectively sets off an hour's worth of fireworks, and lights up holiday scenes for winter. The kind of block other kids from other neighborhoods come to for Halloween!
