East Colfax Ave
"Always interesting and active"
The longest running continuous street in the United States. Always in various levels of redevelopment there's a mixture of old classic shops and hip new shops with several small art galleries providing culture. Also a ton of music venues that give you something to do Friday night. Convenient bus stops as well South Park makes fun of it for a reason, the street is infamous for its ladies of the evening.

"Great ski town"
Located in the valley between two ski mountains, Steamboat Springs is a gorgeous city for families and couples. Less expensive than Vail or Aspen, Steamboat Springs offers ski town living at a reasonable price. There's plenty of outside activities available in both winter and summer times. The main road offers restaurants and shopping that attract tourists and the locals. A free bus service takes people all over the city and is good for teenagers wanting to go downtown or returning home after a night out. The schools are excellent and have a wide variety of sports programs. One of the large drawbacks of any ski town is mudseason, the time when the snow starts melting and everything turns to mud. It's a little depressing to see all the gorgeous snow replaced by brown but most people use this time to take a family vacation.
Overall a very gorgeous small town.

Ogden St
"Nice street in the city"
There's plenty of apartments and houses along the street that range from small studios to large homes. There's not as many shops or restaurants but all within walking distance. Plenty of coffee shops though to keep you caffeinated.
Clarkson St
"Beautiful homes in the city"
A gorgeous street with houses perfect for families who still want to live in the city. The public schools aren't the best but there are private options. There's a lot of character in the street and the houses and plenty of places of worship.

"Always something going on"
Going straight into downtown Broadway is full of things to do. There's shops, museums, the famous Denver Public Library and more nightclubs than you can imagine.

"Great place to be near the city"
Nice street to live on if you work in downtown, you can walk or take a short bus trip into the city. A mixture of art deco apartments and classic houses to fit all budgets.

16th St
"Heart of the city"
16th St. is the heart of downtown Denver with two malls and countless restaurants and shops. There's a free shuttle that takes people from Larimer to Broadway, good for when you've just bought too much stuff to walk back.

"Little more residental street in the city"
Located far enough away from the main streets that it's quieter and safer. Good for people who want to be close to the city life.

"Good place for college students"
Located near several of the downtown universities, 9th offers a good location for students who want to take a bus, walk or ride a bike to school. It's quieter than some other streets but nearly impossible to find parking.

"Major hustle and bustle"
One of the streets that cuts right through the city. Always loud and clogged with traffic although there is always something to do. Restaurants and night clubs are plentiful but are often changing. For groceries you have to go more into the residential areas of the city or simply eat out all the time.

"Hip street located just off the main streets of the city"
Sherman St. is located just off of the two main streets of Lincoln and Broadway in Denver. The street is pretty safe during the day although you might want to be extra cautious at night time. It's expensive because you are so close to the city but offers all the luxuries the city has to offer.
