"College and Familial Essence"
This is a great place to live if your in college, if your hip, or if you just like to have basically everything within walking distance. There is a grocery store around the corner, right in the neighborhood. If you want to skip the purchase of groceries and want to have a nice dinner there are many places to enjoy a great meal of different origins. Within walking distance there is the bus line if you decide to take a ride to work downtown or the galleria area you will only have to spend on one bus ride. The University of St. Thomas also has it's campus within walking distance where you can enjoy a nice walk around the campus. Also within walking distance are a variety of bars from which they serve tasty drinks like a Purivian Twist which I can only find there.
The downside is that when it rains, like in most parts of Houston, it can flood. Sometimes there are too many showings of gang signs but I have yet to see any kids partaking in this activity.
