"Perfect place to get away from it all with out leaving the city."
Los Ranchos is an amazing place to live, it's only a couple blocks from Albuquerque but in those couple blocks it seems like you live way out in the country. it's really quiet, and at night there is no glare from the city so you can see all the stars. There is a famous winery in the heart of los ranchos and a big park filled with a lot of recreation activities. For the most part Los Ranchos is a high income neighborhood with high property value with beautiful houses built all around. The average house has 2 acres of land with it opening it for plenty of opportunities.
Pros
- Quiet
- Beautiful
- Safe
Cons
- Used as a back street way to a major street
Recommended for

"High Crime in some areas"
Albuquerque is a good place to live, however there are certain parts of town to best avoid because of the high crime. Locals call this place "the war zone" and its located basically south of Central ave and runs almost the entire length of the city. But do not get me wrong, the rest of the city is great!
Pros
- Up and coming city
- 4hr drive from anywhere in the state
Cons
- Construction everywhere.
- Dumb drivers
