"Great neighborhood for a family"

I have lived in the neighbohood since 1971 in this residential area. Never needed a security system. Tropical park near by with lots to do, close shopping, lots of restaurant choices near by. High percentage of Cuban's proffecionals leaving in the area. Great elementary schools in the area. . Near Palmetto expressway, Dolphin expressway . Those complaining about busy expressway must be comming from very small towns with only country roads? What big city has a highway without traffic?
