"Great Neighborhood, beautiful setting, lots of Parks, Golf Course and Nature Reserve next door!"

Great option with easy commute downtown, custom build homes, younger couples moving in. Very stable and established, almost all residents are homeowners. Close to Performing Arts Center, Dart Stations, Cityline, Wholefoods, lots of restaurants, parks, and a nature reserve. Neighborhood borders the Sheryll Park Golf Club.
