"Spring Shadows, a hidden gem"
With the close proximity to three major highways, Spring Shadows is highly accessible to every part of the city. I particularly love the older but very solid homes and their huge lots. There is simply no where else in Houston you can find homes like these on lots like these that are inside the beltway. Not to mention the huge value that comes along with that. The neighborhood as an entity is very welcoming and friendly. Great people who take pride in ownership. As time passes and property values rise, its only a matter of time before its an extension of Memorial. Especially with the awesome City Centre complex, Memorial City Mall, Memorial Herman complex and the booming Energy Corridor down the street, the future is extremely bright for this hidden gem of a neighborhood. I may be a little biased, but I truly love my neighborhood and the value it offers.
Pros
- Proximity to everything
- Huge lots
- Clean
