"Best Neighborhood in Waukegan!"
I've been living on Henry for about 7 yrs. I have been very pleased with the quality of people in the neighborhood and I really believe this is one absolutely one of the best streets in Waukegan. With the value you get for your money here, it is so much higher than anywhere in Lake county. With the ongoing revitalization of the downtown area, I really think the surrounding area is going to benefit.
