"Nice area, but fast street"

Nice area. Very Korean, so clean and well-kept, but not much neighbor interaction. Not too many kids on street. Camino del Sol has people driving fast up and down it, so side streets are quieter. Excellent schools.

"Old-time neighborhood...kids can frolic"

A nice street next to a fantastic sports complex. Kids frolic on the street and at the park. The first place I've lived in years where most of the houses have someone home during the day. Guys meet in the evening to BS. Great floorplans.
