I'm one of the newest residents to this amazing view community. We built our home here because of the view. It's by-far the best view of downtown from any vantage point. The neighborhood is in major transition, however any drivers-by see it immediately.

We're 2.8 miles from Germantown Cafe, 2.5 miles from 5-Points in East Nashville with Margot, Marche, Bongo Java and Beyond The Edge. We can be in the downtown party scene in 2.5 miles. The I-65 on-ramp is 0.8 miles from the area. It's truly convenient.

Although I'm moving off the street, I love this neighborhood. As part of the Cleveland Park surge, it's one of the signature streets. The neighbors are very friendly and watchful.

With all its transition, yes, you are going to see some interesting things. It's no shocker to see Metro police patrolling as part of their clean-up. Expect amazing things in this area in the coming years!
