Brendan's passion for real estate began with a career in home interior design. After receiving a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art he immersed himself in home decor working as a designer of wall paper. Specializing in residential design and coloring he created collections for Waverly and Schumacher. His interior design expertise brought him to New York City where he took a position as Director of Design Home Furnishings for Doran Mills a major design and manufacturing textile company. As director he traveled the world in search of home interior trends and the perfect fabrics. Utilizing his technical knowledge of computers he established and implemented a design CAD/CAM system which incorporated the Internet as a link between designers in New York and the mill in North Carolina.

Brendan and his family have lived in Chappaqua for ten years and are actively involved in the community. He gives back to the community that has given him so much by volunteering in his son's elementary school and as a member of the PTA. During the summer he can be found at the Chappaqua Swim and Tennis club cheering on his son's swimming team or enjoying a game of tennis. In the winter season he is quick to give pointers on how to handle the moguls at the local ski area.
