"Mostly done over, edge of residental, edge of industrial, edge of commerical, close to everything"
Most blocks on W 2nd St have been completely rebuilt. For example, the section between E and F only has two buildings older than 4.
Parking is easy since we are close to the industrial area.
Walk to Red Line and Silver Line. Buses into downtown. Both major highways only 4 blocks from the farthest point of the road.
Lacks trees and parks (besides the dog park down by B st.), but is near the newly expanded Haborwalk (1st and I st.). Is a few blocks off of Broadway putting all major needs within a 5 minute walk (banks, coffee, restaurants, bodegas, etc.).
In my opinion, it is the perfect city street - easy to get to, close to everything you need, but yet quiet enough and is being "upscaled" with new construction, and street parking is ample.
