La Veta Ln
"backs up to lake"
Vail Crest is a short little connecting street in the middle of a trailer court. It has a good location as it backs up to Hayden Lake and you can cut through and do some walking around the lake. This neighborhood is safe, and lower middle class, but pretty nice as far as trailer parks go. It is not far from downtown Boulder, so good for shopping and school. It is also close to the airport so there is some noise from planes.

Rollins Dr
"safe,quiet, trailer court"
Rollins Drive is a short street off Vail Circle that is home to a large trailer park. This is actually pretty nice as far as trailer parks go, so it is a good place for someone with a mobile home, or people on a limited income. Most lots are well maintained and have a more homey feel than many trailer parks. It is relatively quiet considering its close proximity to the airport. This is one of the better options in Boulder for someone who owns a trailer home.

Telsa Ct
"lovely and pleasant neighborhood"
Tesla Court is in Noble Park, a nice, quiet, and affordable neighborhood near the Boulder airport. It is close enough to town for work, shopping, and dining out, not far from the main drags of 30th and 28th streets, with many restaurants and shops, but feels very suburban. There is not much traffic as this is a cul de sac, and it is convenient to the airport and schools.

Vail Cir
"not bad for a trailer court"
I will call this neighborhood a 'trailer court' rather than a trailer park due to the more positive connotations. True, this is a neighborhood of mobile homes, but it is actually pretty nice. The homes are placed in a more permanent way, on lots with a small lawn and trees, which gives it more of a feel of a regular neighborhood. It is fairly quiet, although there is some noise from the airport, and safe.
Noble Ct
"pretty, tree-lined neighborhood"
Noble Court is in the Noble Park area of Boulder, hence the name. This is a very quiet neighborhood, more geared towards families, especially those with children. Young singles or couples might find this area a little too quiet and boring. It is a very nice middle/upper middle class area, with well manicured lawns and friendly neighbors. It is a safe neighborhood and in good school districts. The only minus is being near the airport, but you don't notice much noise.

Baldwin Place is a quiet, short street in the Noble Park neighborhood. It is a great area for kids, because it is close to schools, very quiet, safe, and family oriented. It also backs up to a park and lake, which is great for family walks in the evenings. This neighborhood is near the airport and some commercial areas, but is still very quiet and has a suburban feel.

McIntosh Pl
"Pleasant middle class neighborhood"
McIntosh Place is a quiet little dead end street in a pleasant neighborhood on the east side of Boulder, near the airport. This neighborhood is middle class, with affordable medium sized homes. Most of the residents are families with small children, and it has a friendly atmosphere. The roads are low traffic and conducive to walking in the evenings. Overall this is a great place to live, especially for a smaller starter home.

Hopkins Pl
"near Hayden Lake"
Hopkins Place is a small cul de sac near the airport in Boulder. Despite the close proximity to the airport, this neighborhood is very quiet, with not much flyover noise. You would not realize that you were fairly close to town. Hopkins Pl backs up to some woods, and even has a trail running by a little stream that leads to Hayden Lake. This is a pleasant place to walk or hike on the weekends.

Sentinel Dr
"somewhat off the beaten path"
Sentinel Dr. is in the Noble Park area of Boulder, a little out of the way in that you wouldn't normally drive through this neighborhood unless you were headed out to the airport, but not out of the way in that it is still close to the 'main drags' of Boulder and convenient to shopping, dining out, and work. This street consists mainly of newer middle to upper middle class homes and is a pleasant neighborhood.
