Franklin Park Rd
"Quiet neighborhood, kind of dangerous street."
This street is located off the street I live on. It's not too busy but it is kind of dangerous. I like to stay off of it because drivers tend to speed down it and it very curvy and has a lot of blind spots. The neighborhood is very nice though and it's filled with wildlife and a creek where the kids in the neighborhood like the hang out and explore.

Pollard Rd
"Nice neighborhood for families"
My grandparents have lived in this neighborhoods for years and my mom grew up here. It's a wonderful little street right next to the Kenwood Country Club and minutes from downtown Bethesda. It's a quiet and friendly neighborhood for families with kids and older adults. There is never any disturbances in the area. The only thing is parking gets taken over on sundays by nearby churches but that should be a good thing!

Foxhall Rd
"Freindly quiet neighborhood"
This street is a circle neighborhood so there is no through way which makes it enjoyable to have no traffic. There are plenty of nice families around the block and plenty of kids who like to play outside with each other. It is close to the Little league fields which can get a little loud at times but atleast it's better than ragging parties!

Greylock St
"Great place for a family right by the river."
This street is very quiet and safe located on the Potomac river and close to George Washington's estate Mount Vernon. I have a friend who lives here so I've visited on occasion and every time I go there are no loud noises or disturbances in the neighborhood. There are never any traffic problems from the parkway and it's a great place to take your family down to learn the history of George Washington.

Chesterfield Ave
"Quiet, safe, and friendly street in a great neighborhood."
I know a friend who lives on this street so I visit it a lot. It's a nice quiet street in a very safe neighborhood. There are a majority of families with kids but there are many retired couples and even younger people moving in. It's never very loud and there are even some friendly neighborhood events sometimes. It's a great place for new families with kids especially since there are schools nearby and almost within walking distance.

Fairwood Ln
"Busy but safe and quiet street in Falls Church, VA"
Fairwood Lane is a moderately busy street located in a pleasant neighborhood in Falls Church, VA. It can be a little distruptive when cars use it for a through way but other than that the neighborhood is good for familes and retired couples. It's safe and located right next to Shreveroad Elementary school. I would say it would be a safe bet if you can stand the traffic.

"Busy and fast road"
This street is very long and curves a lot. People are known to travel very fast on it and sometimes there are some delays due to trees falling on the road. I wouldn't recommend it for someone to live here but for local shopping it's the way to go. All the local shops are located off and on this street it's just getting there which is the difficult part.

Westmoreland St
"Busy but safe and quiet street."
Westmorland St. runs through McLean and then into Falls Church, VA. It's a busy road but it's not too loud. There are some dangerous parts but it's wide enough for safe driving. The neighborhoods that run along it are nice and the local high school is right off of it. Great for everyone.

"Quiet Neighborhood with freindly faces."
I have a friend who lives on this street and visit him often. It's a very nice neighborhood located off of Westmorland St. It's quiet and is right next to Temple Rodef Shalom and within walking distance of Haycock Elementary and Longfellow Middle schools which are both Fairfax County Public Schools. I attended Longfellow and recommend it to families with kids. The High School in the area is McLean High School and is a very safe and wonderful place to grow up. Kirby Ct. also is located next to a trail that leads into the woods.

"Friendly neighborhood great for families."
I currently live on Dumbarton Street in McLean, VA which is located right at the border of Arlington county and Fairfax county but is located on the Fairfax side. It's a quiet neighborhood with many families and older adults. It's located off a major street but is far enough away from the sound. Very green atmosphere with plenty trees and wildlife walking through your backyard on occasion. Recommended for new families with children, there are plenty of kids in the neighborhood!
