"Close to all and still affordable"
I love my street. It is a small two-way street very safe for children. SFR and small multi-family units (2-4). There is very little traffic, neighbors and visitors coming and going. Properties sell for $550,000up, may be able to find a fixer upper for less.
The best thing is it's centrally located near the 10frwy. Close to airport, downtown, entertainment, beach everything.
