"nice residential area, near park"

Brookdale drive is a short street in a neighborhood off Estudillo Ave. It is close to Chabot Park/Chabot Lake which is a nice advantage. This is a very quiet neighborhood, but feels farther from town than it really is. There is not much traffic and you get good views of the surrounding hillside.

"quiet middle class neighborhood"

Sandelin Ct is an ok hillside area, mostly small to medium sized middle class homes and some duplexes. There is not much traffic because it is not a through street, but it is close to Estudillo Ave for easy access to the rest of the city. This is a safe neighborhood for families, retirees, and those on a limited budget.

"nice quiet street near park"

Daniels Drive is in a quiet neighborhood off Lake Chabot road. It feels very quiet and off the beaten path, but is not far from San Leandro and the freeway to other parts of the bay area, so it is not a bad commute. This is a very pleasant neighborhood if you want to have more of a small town feel.

"ok residential area, good for families"

San Rafael Street connects two neighborhoods on the north and south sides of Estudillo Ave in San Leandro. It has a little more traffic than the side streets in these neighborhoods but is still fairly quiet. The north end of this street is a little nicer in my opinion than the south side, just a little larger, nicer houses, more trees, etc.

"pretty homes and yards"

Bridge Road is in a residential neighborhood in San Leandro that I really like. It features somewhat older but well maintained homes, many spanish style, but very diverse. Most haves have beautiful well landscaped and well maintained lawns and trees. This neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly, I recommend checking it out.

"great neighborhood, quiet but convenient"

Collier Drive is in a great neighborhood of Estudillo Ave. It is quiet and feels off the beaten path but is conveniently located to other major thoroughfares and not far from the freeway for a convenient commute. This is a good, safe neighborhood to bike or walk in, and the kind of neighborhood where neighbors still know each other and say hello.

"nice mature neighborhood"

Rodney Drive is in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood off of Estudillo Ave. This would be a good area for families or retirees. There is not a lot of social action for singles or young people, but is very quiet and safe. This area has many mature trees and older but well maintained homes.

"very cute, friendly neighborhood."

I love neighborhoods like this, they have a lot of character. Cary Drive is lined with mature trees, and features nice, well landscaped middle class homes, all unique in style, not cookie cutter homes or mcmansions. The neighbors are friendly and this is a good, safe place to walk your dog or ride your bike.

"convvenient for commuters"

Estudillo Ave is a secondary thoroughfare that runs through eastern San Leandro. It has a moderate amount of traffic. It connects many smaller neighborhoods and ends up in a quiet area near Chabot Park. Estudillo Ave is mostly residential, with fairly nice, mostly older middle class homes, but has some commercial properties, mostly offices.

"quiet, desirable neighborhood"

Sylvan Circle is a quiet, unique neighborhood that feels isolated and off the beaten path. It backs up to Chabot Park and has many wooded areas so it feel like you are far from the city. However, there is quick and easy access to the 580 (Macarthur Freeway) for a easy commute to Oakland, Alameda, or San Francisco. This is a great, desirable place to live, middle class homes, nice but not pretentious at all.
