"Cul de sac - safe & friendly"

Majority of people have lived there a long time. Because it's one of the only cul de sacs in neighborhood...no thru traffic which was great for bringing up children. Mostly owner occupied. Walking distance to a great elementary school (Distinguished school) Very safe & very friendly. Just about a mile to ocean - lovely breezes and great walks along channel to ocean.
