"A fun, small town"
I really, really enjoy Jamestown. The people who live in Jamestown are really good people. It has such a "home" feel to it. It's a small town in the middle of the country and I love it! It's right on Interstate 74 and it takes nearly no time to get to Lebanon, Brownsburg, Crawfordsville, Lafayette or Indianapolis. The schools in the school corporation, Western Boone Community Schools, are great schools. I would recommend living here to anyone.
Pros
- Right on the interstate
- small town
- Had great schools

"Fantastic Place to Live"
My family moved to Thorntown when I was in elementary school and we haven't left. The schools are fantastic, the people are great and the town and community is in a good location - not far from Interstate-65, Lebanon, Ind., Crawfordsville, Ind., Lafayette, Ind. and Indianapolis. It's a great small town and out in the country.
Pros
- It's a small town.
- It has top-notch schools.
- Great location, not far from the interstate and city
Cons
- Good location, but you still have to drive to get places.
- No public transportation.
