"Street for Students"

Reasonable prices for being around UCLA. The traffic is very bad and no place for parking -- great if you are going to walk around Westwood or to campus.

"Okay place to live"

Newer apartments and close to freeway. Quite a bit of noise from the traffic and residents. Parking is a mess! However, the rates were pretty good compared to most other apartment complexes around for the quality you get.

"Family friendly street"

Grew up on this cul-de-sac. Great place for kids. There is not much traffic and it was the perfect area for kids to play around. Neighbors were always very friendly.

Newer homes with great neighbors. Many people here are families with quite a few kids. Parks around the area are outstanding and neighborhood is great for raising a family.
