"Sail Bay, Pacific Beach, a loud slice of paradise"

One of the best locations in San Diego, walk to the beach, bay, shops, restaurants, and bars ... but the noise, traffic, vagrants, and vandals are a major problem and completely ignored by the local police. A community of million-dollar properties occupied mostly by loud renters.
