Merrick Blvd
"Stay on your side of the road"
Busiest street in the area. Construction just wrapped up a much needed paving projectwhich crippled the traffice. Many of the locals were complaining of the state of disrepair. The low height of the medians in the middle of the roads is dangerous. There has been a few head on collisions. I believe the locals have took this to the transportation dept.

124th St
"Speeders, slow down"
Skinny Street. Police are usually posted up at the end of the street to catch unsuspecting speeders. When I am making me deliveries, not a day goes by where someone is not involved in a traffic stop. Definite revenue maker for the city. The police use the unmarked cars for the speed traps.

"A cut through street"
A lot of commuters use Linden Blvd as a cut through to the Van Wyck Expressway. There are local business and gymnasiums on the street with street parking. Not recommend for families with kids. There are many pedestrians that lurk up and down the street. Local authorities have been notified and there has been more of a community presence.

"Watch out when driving this street"
Elderly familys are in this neighborhood. Be careful travelling down this street. I personally have had t car accidents with 2 elderly women who in my opinion were too old to drive. A lot of the families have big cars and park head in, so backing up is a challenge for them. Keep your head on a swivel.

"Covenient but busy"
It is an incredibly busy street. Everything is in walking range. Convience is probably the best adjective to describe this street. Traffic is an issue, especially during rush hour. Traffic Department has come out many times to time the lights to get traffic moving faster. The sounds of ambulances and police also litter the area

100th Ave
"Everyone keeps to themselves"
Was looking for a place to rent and came across 100th avenue. Would have pulled the trigger to move in, however there was a suicide, murder at the end of the street near the dead end. Neighbors usually tend to stay inside and keep to themselves. Quiet neighborhood, since no one congregates.

"Conviently located near shopping"
Hanging out at 125th street in Queens, everything you need is at an arm’s reach. At the corner of 101st is the local dentist. Bodegas and corner stores , food marts and restaurants litter the street. 125th is usually quiet for the most part, however at night time, can be a little dodgy

"Family life flourishes here"
I lived on 126th St, New York, NY.; One of my favorite places to live. All the families are really nice and one of the few streets in Queens with trees. During the summer, the streets are permeated with the cookout smell. The occasional block party breaks out too. Great place to inhabit

"No room for kids to play"
I grew up on Van Sicken St in Queens. Not much room for kids to play due to the streets being real skinny. We have had to pause the local street hockey game due to traffic on many occasions. Luckily no pedestrians have been hit. Traffic is some what hectic at the end of the street where it meets 131st.

"Cozy Neighborhood Living"
103rd street in Hollis Queens is a quiet cozy neighborhood. The street is family oriented with many neighborhood cookouts during the hot summers. The families on this street are a close knit community that have basically all grew up together in Hollis. Be careful of the kids running thru the streets from house to house.
