"Excellent nieghborhood!!!!! Great parks, schools, and shopping."
A perfect place for young couples starting a family. Weekdays are very very quiet, not a peep thoroughout....but come the weekend and neighbors tend to have bbqs and small parties. They usually invite everybody in the neighborhood. Schools are great...Evergreen High School is the most technological school in the entire country and is only 1/4 mile away. A middle school is only half a block away. AMC Theaters and Westfield Shopping center are only a mile away. Very good property value. Clean and very green. Lots of trees. Great view of the hills.

I lived on Lynview Dr. It was a great place to raise a family. The neighbors are friendly and the view of the hills are incredible. Brown, green, green with white tips it didn't matter, I always loved the seeing the hills. I enjoy going back to visit my Lynview neighbors and the house I raised my children in.
