"Quiet city living"
Great neighborhood with mountain views and access to preserve area. Easy access 3 miles from Loop 101 to get around Phoenix and from Desert Ridge Marketplace.
We've been here for a few months and met our next door neighbor. We met another neighbor at one of the family parks and she invited us to BBQ Fridays at her house. We also met one of the nieghbors across the street who offers childcare in her home. There seem to be lots of people our jogging, walking dogs and baby strollers. We've seen a couple of birthday parties at the main park as well as basketball games most nights and even a little league practice so this seems to be a very family friendly neighborhood.
