Back in the day the Old Harbor, McCormack housing project was awesome!! If you are lucky enough to get a "single" row house you're golden. They come in 4 sizes: 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5 rooms. All are upstairs/downstairs with an awesome basement with running water that you can convert into an awesome room of your choice. I chose it for my bedroom!!!! There are no water heaters, furnaces in the basement...everything is piped in....very dry, and clean. My family was there for 32 years!!!!! First floor living room, dining room and kitchen........the more the rooms, the larger the rooms!!!! Bedrooms upstairs. Built in 1939
