Buying or selling a home is one of life's most stressful events and likely the largest financial transaction you will ever make. My job is to make this process easier and more rewarding.

My years at Chase and Bankers Trust Co. in management positions including Director of Marketing, Corporate Finance and Vice President of Consulting for Pension Funds, coupled with more than 15 years experience at Houlihan Lawrence put me in a position to ensure you get the best deal with the least hassle.

To do this, I first get to know you and your priorities. I'm a good listener. That way I don't waste your time. If you're buying, I'll focus on properties that best match your criteria, get the local data on listings and represent your interests every step of the way. If you're selling, I will help you to both price and present your property to its best advantage, energetically promote your listing, vet offers, and help you negotiate through to closing. Our relationship will last beyond the closing table. With a list of A1 service providers from architects to wetlands I can help you feel right at home.
