I have lived in many neighborhoods around the Northern Orange County area and have never felt complete disgust until I moved into the Maison de Fleur neighborhood.

I don't know who designed these houses, but they did a terrible job. Aesthetically, everything -looks- good. Then, things start to happen, like major wiring and plumbing problems. These houses were not built that long ago so there should be no issues whatsoever.

The people in this neighborhood are THE WORST. They think it is okay to leave threatening notes on your door.

The association also gives you a parking ticket for parking anywhere other than your garage, even if it is in an unassigned parking spot...you know one of those places on the pavement with white parallel lines? Yeah, one of those. Good luck having guests over because they are sure to make them feel wholly unwelcome by giving them a parking ticket. About 80% of the houses in this tract don't even have a driveway. The neighborhood is also missing sidewalks, y'know, those things you can parallel park along? So, if you have more than 2 cars or use your garage to work on stuff, good lucking parking.

If you are in the mood to feel like you're being watched 24/7 and enjoy being harassed, go ahead and move into Maison de Fleur, community of major assholes!!
