"Good Little neighborhood - NW 109th Terrace"

This is a small little neighborhood with your typical homes on it. Built in the late 70's and early 80's the homes are decent size. 1500+ sq ft. I think if you're a first-time homebuyer or somebody looking for a low key neighborhood, this would be a good one. There aren't a lot of trees or huge backyards, but the houses are fine. Imagine your typical suburban neighborhood in a movie, and that's where NW 109th Terrace is. Also, there are some rentals in the neighborhood, and we all know how those start to decrease the value a little bit. Overall, unless you know somebody in this area, keep driving.

"Downtown - Quiet and Easy"

N. Robinson is a pretty quiet and easy street downtown. There are several churches and a couples businesses. I know there are also some small apartments for rent. If you like the downtown feel, but don't want to be on Main Street, Robinson is the street for you. It's one-way, North I think. I never really see a lot of people on this street. If you follow it North from downtown you'll run into NW 23rd st and that's the end of it. I did see a couple bums before, so if you're a single woman be careful.

"Rough - But could turn around"

Kingsridge Rd is a small residential road in NW OKC. It culdesacs on both ends of it, totaling maybe 4 blocks long. It's right next to Wiley Post airport, but that doesn't make a big difference, Wiley post doesn't get much traffic. It's south of NW Expressway and is only a couple blocks west of some rough parts of the NW side. I do however see potential for the area. If a couple families came in and renovated the houses and gave some TLC to the area, it could be really really nice.. But, it takes work, and not too many people want to put that kind of work into it. As for right now I'd say don't spend too much time or money here.

"Quiet Little Road -"

This street is a quiet little road tucked between NW Expressway and NW 63rd in North Oklahoma City. It is all residential with homes build in the late 60's and 70's.. Great houses, well built with established trees and back yards. Everybody on the road loves it and it's pretty quaint.. Great for retired couple or a low key young couple. Really close to an elementary school and access to everything is really close. Including hospital, restaurants, grocery stores, etc..

"NW 122nd - Dirty Road But Lots of Stuff"

NW 122nd runs East-West through North OKC. It is 1 mile south of Memorial and 1 mile North of Hefner. Between Kelly and Council road is where most of 122nd's population lies. It doesn't run through many neighborhoods directly, but many spur off of it. It is spotted with restaurants and small commercial businesses, including my favorite, the $1 movie theater at 122nd and May. East of May it's a little shady in areas. A little bit of the rough side of NW OKC, but west of May it turns into nicer areas including Quail Creek neighborhoods and gold club. Good road, plenty to do on it and do from it.

"Portland Ave - Kinda Dirty"

Portland Ave runs North-South through OKC and intersects with a major travel highway in the north. In the North it's highway 74 that runs all the way to Guthrie. It's a small 2 lane road North of Memorial Rd. From Memorial Rd south it turns into Hefner Parkway. Really Portland runs to the side of it, but for all functional reasons, it's Hefner Parkway. South of NW Expressway, Portland is another road that runs through residential with some small commercial businesses along it. Not the cleanest road S. of NW Expressway, but if you have to use it, use it.

"NW 63rd - The Heart of NW OKC"

NW 63rd is a mixed street. Sometimes through residential areas, sometimes through commercial areas. Like most of OKC it truly begins west of I-35. It runs East-West on the north side of OKC. It passes by Chesapeake Energy Corp, one of the largest energy companies in the country. Also passes right through Nichols Hills, an elite sub-community within OKC. NW 63rd has a nice feel to it, it's fast moving, but can get congested with a lot of traffic somedays. West of Hefner Parkway it runs through mostly residential. Good road, with plenty of restaurants.

"Memorial Rd -"

Memorial Road runs East-West in North Oklahoma City. Like most roads in OKC it probably used to be a farm road with stops every mile at a cross road. Memorial Road is seasoned with businesses from beginning to end. There's not a lot on Memorial East of I-35. West of I-35 it serves as the boundary for Oklahoma City and Edmond. It runs through residential Edmond then around Broadway Extension it becomes a road through commercial areas. Farther West, near Pennsylvania and May, it is covered with restaurants and Quail Springs Mall. Farther down is Mercy Hospital, then Gaillardia Development. Then the businesses begin to fade as it continues west.

"Broadway Extension - North South"

Broadway Extension is just that, an extension of Broadway. From the junction of I-35 and I-235, follow I-235 north and it turns into Broadway Extension. From about NW 63rd street north, broadway extension is easy to travel. 4-lane road the entire way and you'll run into downtown Edmond. Businesses on both side of Broadway, but you'll have to exit off to reach them. A few restaurants once you hit Edmond, but mostly offices, gas stations, and general business. Once you hit Edmond, it's surrounded by businesses, restaurants, misc. Speed limit is 65, but I haven't seen a car do 65 in 5 years. It's the easiest way to travel from Edmond & NW OKC to downtown.

"Northwest Expressway - East-West cross Street"

Northwest Expressway, also known as Hwy 3 runs East-West through the North side of Oklahoma City. It serves as a major route through town and many businesses are located along it. NW Expressway begins near the intersection of I-44 and I-235. Heading west on the street you'll encounter Penn Square Mall, multiple high tower office buildings, Talbots, Restaurants, Integris Baptist Hospital, Deaconess Hospital, Banks, Grocery Stores. Farther west you'll past Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, car lots.. It keeps traveling east past the Kilpatrick Turnpike, but at that point Hwy 3 is mostly farmland.
