Laurel Canyon Blvd
"History Previously Made"
Previously a cruising hot spot, now just a lower-middle class boulevard, lined with fast-food spots, liquor stores, and a mediocre park. You can also find the hustle of the after-school crowd along San Fernando High School at bell-time!!!

Hubbard St
"Hubbard St- the Main St"
Consider this the metropolitan center of the Sylmar suburbs; the main route. Traveling south out of this residential area (which is really only one of two options to leave) takes you through just one other city= San Fernando. Basically, you'll find everything: drug stores, fast food, markets, apartment buildings, schools, parks, liquor stores, train tracks, and abandoned fields, for all of it's 5 mile route! wow!

"On the edge of the city, not quite on the edge..."
Quiet, clean, and far from city-life. Just far enough though, the nearest freeway exit is about 3-miles away, and the nearest gas station- about the same. Forget the night-life or any type of life without a vehicle in this area, but look forward to green surroundings, plenty of parks, and no sky-scrapers or apartment buildings ANYWHERE in sight!
