Collins Ave
""Great place to retire""
This is a very upscale classic Miami Beach avenue. Several blocks south of Bal Harbor, it is a located near a very posh shopping mall. Around the corner on Harding Ave, are stores, fancy restaurants and all sorts of markets. The famous Shul of Bal Harbor is located right on Collins Ave and 96th St. Collins is lined with hotels, condos and apartments. It is a great place to retire, it is right on the beach, and everything is within walking distance.

""A little gem in North Miami""
This is a very nice street in the neighborhood of Keystone Point. Half of the houses are facing a canal with direct access to Biscayne Bay and some are on the Bay itself. It is a very clean street lined with beautiful palm trees and very well kept lawns. Hardly any traffic or noise and it feels very safe. They are building a L.A. fitness right at the end of the street which will provide great fitness. Steve's Pizza is right around the corner as well as stores, supermarkets and kosher restaurants.
