We just recently moved here from a home we were in for over 5 years. We have already met more neighbors in our new neighborhood than we ever did at the old place! People are always walking by getting their daily exercise, or walking their dogs, and they always stop to say "HI"!

Everyone keeps their homes looking beautiful and pride of ownership shines through out this area. There are bike trails and hiking trails within minutes of our neighborhood.We have the only IB schools in our district as our neighborhood schools and those are Erwin Lucille Middle School & Loveland High School. Both are rated very high and are considered the best schools in the city of Loveland.

We also live in a somewhat rural area and so the traffic is much less and the wildllife is wonderful! Just the other day we looked out our back yard across the street and saw 7 Bull Elk grazing in the field behind our home. Foxes, birds, and bunnies abound in our area! So, if you want to live in a friendly, lovely, calm area; our neighborhood is for you!

We are centrally located in the North West part of Colorado and nestled against the foothills. Fort Collins is just 15 minutes away and Denver is just 45 minutes away. If you like to ski/snowboard or hike and camp we are situated close enough to all of these things! We are roughly located just 2 hours from some of the best ski areas in the country and within 1/2 hour of a ton of hiking, biking, and camping areas!
