"Expensive but worth it"

Great location. Easy access to the Marina Greens. Chestnut is only 2 blocks away, Union 5 blocks away. Muni 30, 30x, and 22 are all close by. 24 Hour Fitness is only 2 blocks away, with a Starbucks and Safeway.

Neighbors are nice. Met a few neighbors and they seemed like good neighbors.
