North Watson Rd
"Good place to work"
I used to work right off of Watson Rd and loved the area. This is a good place to work off of because it is right off the highway and there are a bunch of fast food places to go to get lunch quick if needed. The area was neat and there is many places to live nearby so you can be close to work and home.

"RUn down and not pretty"
When my brother lived here the area was not the best. Everything was run down and old. Streets were dirty and there was not a police presence so I did not feel very safe. Hopefully with the new stadium they are building things will get better for this area, but for now it is not pretty.
Western Center Blvd
"Up and coming area"
When we first moved here this area was empty. Now it is starting to bloom with lots of restaurants, businesses, and things to do. This street has a little bit of everything. The only draw back is that it hasn't kept up the pace with the amount of people moving in. It definitely needs to be widened since it is usually jam packed with cars. Even with all the traffic it usually flows pretty well, unless there is an accident and they close one of the lanes or something.

"Small road; big construction"
There isn't much too this road. Maybe a couple restaurants and business. The US Treasury's "money factory" (that's what it says on their billboard) is located on this road. Mostly just houses and such. The one major thing about this street is the construction. Since it is just a two lane road, when they close one of them traffic is backed up for a long time and it will take you a while to get through it. Also once your in it you're kind of stuck because there isn't any roads to turn and detour around it. So be wary if you travel during the day since that seems to be when they close the lanes down.

"Know when to travel this highway"
If you decide to take I-20 just make sure you know when to go. Certain times are always really bad but usually it's pretty good. The busiest time I found is the evening rush hour of course when everyone is trying to get home they will have no consideration for you. But this is probably your best bet to take if you want to get to all the area shopping and restaurants nearby because there are a ton located right off this highway. Also the neighborhood I lived in right off I-20 was the best.

"Excellent street to live on"
I lived on this street for a few years and could not speak more highly of it. The neighbors are great. Very friendly and quiet. We even had a block party one year! I really wish I hadn't moved from here but I would and do recommend this area to anyone and everyone. There are parks nearby and shopping. You can take the kids to Six Flags or Hurricane harbor during the summer. Everything is so close it's very nice. I also felt pretty safe here too because I knew the police were driving around and patrolling the streets around the neighborhood.

"Good for college kids but didn't feel safe"
This street has a lot of bars and restaurants. I think it is geared towards the college crowd considering UTA is nearby. When I went there I didn't feel very safe though. There was a lot of traffic and pedestrians but I didn't see any police driving around to check on things. I'm sure it's great if you live there, but as a visitor I would not recommend to others.

"Usually a good highway to use"
For the most part I-30 in Arlington is a fairly good highway to use to get to your destination. There is minimal traffic and not much construction. During peak time be careful, especially during the summer and baseball games the traffic is going to be heavy trying to get to the amusement parks and ball park, which are located right next to each other. Otherwise I haven't had much trouble wit this area.

"Great neighborhood for families"
Saginaw (Saginaw Blvd is the main street that runs through town) is a great place to live. It's quiet, safe, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop at nearby. I love that there are parks close and the recreation center is awesome with the new aquatic center during the summer is the best! The area is great for families, there are many schools close to your home and there are a bunch and families moving here now. Would recommend to anyone that wants a nice, safe neighborhood to move to.

"Traffic is always bad"
If you travel this stretch of highway more than once you will soon realize that there is never a good time to drive it. Traffic is always backed up, and there isn't even any construction or anything going on. Just too many cars for too little of a highway. Maybe they need to widen it or something to alleviate some of the congestion. If you plan to drive on 820 just make sure to give yourself plenty of time to get to your destination.
