"A Great Place to Walk Your Dog"
This area is mostly residential but does have Gresham's largest shopping center located within it's borders. I personally live in the East Hill area of North West Gresham and love it for the fact that it has easy access to everything I need but is also quiet and a great place to walk my dogs. There are several parks located close by. The housing consists of everything from elegant Dutch Colonials on gated grounds to Mid-Century Modern homes on large lots to newer construction and townhomes.
We have lived in our home for over 2 years now and because we sit on a small ridge we get some spectacular sunsets while we overlook two buttes close by. During the holidays, most of the area puts on a good display of lighting and spirit. Oh, we also have a lot of garage sales!
My real estate office is just a short 1.4 miles from me and I love being so close to work but can easily go home for lunch and see our dogs. I invite you to ask questions about the area!
