"Perfect distance from town, but far enough away for quiet."
Countrybrook Drive is right between two of the busiest streets in town... Caraway and Stadium. Being off the main road give you the conviences to town yet the quiet of a neighborhood.
The street is located directly across the street from Nettelton Intermediate School. I have never found this to be a problem traffic wise or noise wise. Sure, the 8am and 3pm traffic pics up a bit, but the school has traffic flow well controlled. The noise of school has never been a problem, but I am at work during school hours.
The only problem with traffic is trying to make a left hand turn at the end of Fox Meadow onto Stadium.
NEA Hospital is within 3 miles of the street.
There is a daycare just 2 blocks away.
A 24 hour gas station is less than 2 miles from the street.
Craighead Forrest Park is about a 5 minute drive
