"So many people have died in sudden rogue waves that pull in waders at Ocean Beach that it is illegal to swim there, and patrolled. Google "deaths at Ocean Beach." Strictly for beautiful scenery."
Just google Ocean beach deaths and you'll see. "There has been a total of 4 deaths at Ocean Beach this year. After the deaths of two Vallejo boys, Ocean Beachs safety has been a priority.
The second hearing was held on Thursday Oct. 13, 2016, at City Hall.
Two deaths have also occurred, unfortunately, in the last 6 months, Board of Supervisor Eric Mar said. August 14, Jason Zumbo, 29, drowned at Ocean Beach and four days later, August 17, Kam Moy, 64, was rescued from Ocean Beach, but taken to the hospital in critical condition where she later died.
