"More of a Destination Street"
While I love the convenience of living on Broadway, I dislike that there is no place for "locals". I don't have to go far from the beaten track to find my small neighborhood-oriented pubs and coffeeshops, though, and it's a worthwhile trade to be right on the bus line and only blocks from a huge grocery store.
