Skyline Drive is a beautiful street to live on, some problems with pot holes at the entrance to the street but that’s the worst of your worries. Lovely neighbor’s great place for kids really safe. near airport so can be a bit noisy on occasion in the summer, but other than that expect to wake up to the loudest noise being the birds chirping outside your window. 10 min walk from the beach.

Assisi Lane is probably one of the worst neighborhoods I have ever lived in. It is close to the naval base Mayport so people are moving out and in on a monthly bases. It is extremely noisy, dangerous, and dirty. A woman was shot and killed during my stay, at night the street is full of drug dealers and “night workers” Not a place to live!

Great up and coming aria! The Highway is right down the street so it can be a bit noisy if you are on the end of the street that is near the highway other than that it is quiet street. It is a developing street with new shopping complex. Beautiful aria close to shopping and entertainment, I see this neighborhood growing in all the right ways.

Stonemount Court is a small culdesac street with about 14 houses 3 of the house are known to be vacant two of said houses are up for rent/lease/own. Can be extremely noisy due to small play ground which is mostly used by teens to "party" hardly used by children and families. Relatively clean neighborhood. Close to shopping and entertainment.
