"Burton Woods- Home of The New School Montessori"

Burton Woods is a small street located in North Avondale. Home sizes range but include lovely architecture such as classic Arts and Crafts, historic Tudors, and more. The New School Montessori is also located on this street and it is private school founded in the 70's. A beautiful mansion situated on a hill and surrounded by lush grounds. The large surrounding lot provides privacy for both neighbors and school staff. The community has yearly block parties and active neighbors.

"Beautiful Betula"

Betula (which stands for Birch) is a wonderful and quiet street located in the North Avondale gaslight district. Birch trees line the street and there is very little traffic. One side of this lovely street has a glorious view, upon a hillside, looking over Red Bud and Avon Fields. There are only 12 homes and each one is more unique and beautiful than the next. The community is close integrating social groups, online forums, neighborhood events,an active block watch and more. Take a stroll down this street on a relaxing day to enjoy the fresh air, lovely architecture, and friendly neighbors.
