Indyresident

This area is very run-down, with many houses boarded up or in need of serious repair. Most of the residents are elderly, handicapped, the working poor, or college students looking for the lowest possible rents. Crime is high enough that you can see drug sales on the street as you sit on your porch. The police do patrol, generally in 2-car teams, but overall I don't feel very safe in this area and would move immediately if I had the resources to do so.

I don't recommend living here for anyone.
