Older neighborhood, with decent home size and yards. Well kept, great neighbors, and pretty. The homes are similar floorplans and facades, but have different enough colors and landscaping that the neighborhood looks nice. Not too many rentals, and is one of the best kept neighborhoods in this area.

No HOA, wide streets, and decent values, people keep an eye on each other.

These homes were built in 1990 by Woodside, and vary from 1200 sf to 2400 sf. There are two parts to the neighborhood, one part has narrower homes that range from 1200 to 1800 sf, on 5000-6000 sf lots. The other part has 7000 sf lots, and range from 1600-2400 sf, half with 2 car and half with 3 car garages. The larger homes are mostly single level (with the largest home being a 2 story). This is close to good schools, interstate access (I215), a University Extension, the airport, shopping, etc.

The airport is close (5 minutes), but because this neighbor hood is south of the airport and the planes go east west, there is very little noise. You also don't have freeway noise.
